BAKING AND SEASONING WITH HERBS
Rosemary is maybe the queen of herbs when we speak of roasted food! It is the one we love to put over the meat or potatoes to give its unique and persisting flavour! So we have to remember that we must season the food just the last 10 minutes of cooking! This way the essential oils of the herb will give their best aroma, if we leave the herb too under the heat its flavour will evaporate disappearing!
