I totally love peppers of any colour, at least the amount my wife hates them because she cannot digest them!

I discovered that many people do not have a real problem eating the peppers themselves but their skins! How can we get rid of the peppers skin in the simplest way possible?


It is very easy: we cook them till the skin burns! In the oven or in a pan the procedure is always the same. When we cook them this way it happens the same thing happens to a tomato immersed in boiling water for few minutes, The skin loses the grip on the pulp making us able to peel it. There is an extra help that may come useful: just after we cook them we have to seal them in a container or a plastic bag: this will help the steam from the pepper to detach further the skin, leaving us with a super easy job!
