Today I am honestly not that willing to cook, so I take advantage of the moment to thank Soledad Luna who remembered me a wonderful trick useful to correct soups that we salted too much!
PUT SALT IN BROTHS AND SOUPS 2
Did we put too much salt in the soup? Do we know how to correct it? Well the solution is a LARGE POTATO! This way the potato absorbs some salt making the remaining soup milder. We have to be careful not to boil violently the potato in order not to break it in to the soup, or the trick will be wasted. Another thing: a potato makes the soup milder but it is not a miracle, so we still have to keep attention to the salt!
